In the past 4+ years leading UX research & design on enterprise-scale projects across many industries, I have stood out for my exceptional ability to translate complex, highly-technical, and nuanced client challenges into simple, effective strategies (UI and beyond) that target the right problems with feasible solutions. End-to-end digital strategy, design, and development services for a variety of startup, SMB, and NGO clients. Projects focused primarily on modern, responsive, and maintainable custom coded Wordpress/Headless/React-built sites. Many contracts also involved new workflow implementations, branding support, graphic design, customer/UX research & strategy, content & marketing strategy, as well as digital training, process adoption, and change-management coaching.

PagerDuty | March 2019 – December 2019
Refined and designed user flows and interfaces for key product integrations (Slack and Microsoft Teams) using a variety of research and prototyping methods. Worked to improve remote workflows and collaboration for our internationally distributed team. Acted as a design & UX ambassador to front-end dev team, initiated projects around visual consistency and accessibility improvements across our product, consulted on design system improvements and contributed code to React component library. Active member of PageABLE, our accessibility ERG.
